The HBCU CHIPS Network will engage the HBCU community in a comprehensive plan to support the manufacture of microelectronic products with the benefit that this strategy will effectively reach underserved communities across the national landscape. This effort will further provide an opportunity to design and implement innovative approaches that optimize resources across diverse institutions – and with lasting impacts for traditionally untapped citizens and communities.
