1. Where is the conference being held?
The conference will take place at the Renaissance Atlanta Midtown Hotel, located at 866 W Peachtree St NW, Atlanta, GA 30308.
2. What are the conference dates and times?
The conference will take place from April 1-2, 2026. A reception has been scheduled on April1st from 5-7 PM.
3. What day is the Career Fair?
The Career Fair is March 31, 2026. It will take place at the Academy of Medicine, which is directly across the street from the Renaissance Atlanta Midtown Hotel. The Career Fair is from 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The address for the Academy of Medicine is 875 W Peachtree St NW, Atlanta, GA 30309.
4. Is there a discounted hotel rate for conference attendees?
Yes. A block of rooms has been reserved at a discounted rate of $249 per night at the Renaissance Atlanta Midtown Hotel. Please book by March 11, 2026, to secure this rate.
5. What amenities does the hotel provide?
The Renaissance Hotel offers complimentary Wi-Fi in guest rooms and public areas, a fitness center, on-site dining options, and event-ready meeting spaces.
6. Is parking available at the hotel?
Yes, valet parking is available at a discounted rate of $42 per night.
7. How do I check in for the conference?
Conference registration/check-in will be available at the hotel beginning at 8:00 AM on April 1st in the designated registration area.
8. What is included in my conference registration fee?
Registration includes access to all sessions, conference materials, and scheduled meals and refreshment breaks.
9. Will meals be provided during the conference?
Yes, breakfast, lunch, snacks, and coffee breaks will be provided each day. Day One will include a reception with light hors d'oeuvres. Dinner will be on your own for Day Two.
10. Is the hotel accessible for guests with disabilities?
Yes, the Renaissance Hotel is ADA-compliant and offers accessible rooms and meeting spaces. Please notify us in advance if you require specific accommodations.
11. Is there Wi-Fi in the conference area?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi will be available in all meeting rooms and public areas. Login instructions will be provided upon check-in.

14. Is there an airport shuttle to the hotel?
