The HBCU CHIPS Network brings together Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) engaged in semiconductor education, research, and workforce development. Our mission is to strengthen research collaborations, promote inclusive participation in the semiconductor ecosystem, and expand pathways for students into advanced technology careers.

The annual HBCU CHIPS Conference serves as a platform for faculty, students, industry partners, and government agencies to share insights, showcase achievements, and build sustainable partnerships.
